They say that when you hit retirement age, the mind starts to dull down. Your memory might not be as sharp as before. You might start to be forgetful.    Age can do all sorts of things to a person’s body but this isn’t something you can just take sitting down. There are also a lot of ways to counteract the effects of stress and keep the body healthy and the mind sharp. To ensure that your cognitive functions don’t weaken during retirement, here are just some of the things that you can do: 1. Find activities that will keep your mind active.
